$10 Million LAPD Electric BMWs Unused or Misused

OK, so the cars are "green" because they don't emit any pollution themselves.  But what about when the energy to power the car's battery is produced?  Liberals think that if they can't see it (such as unintended consequences), then it doesn't happen.  BTW, I am shocked--shocked--that taxpayer money would be squandered like this.
