You know the ones, they’d like to prevent childbearing -- and would be happy to do so by force of law if possible -- in ‘those’ people, the ones that are browner, poorer, less educated than they and their ilk. Somehow they never seem to consider reducing the population by removing themselves from the Earth. What a shame.
