What's in a Name?

I have always found it laughable that when the government wants to do something to screw over humanity (which is their reason for existence), they always find a way to give it a jingoistic or benevolent name. This is nothing new, but the Nazis have gotten better at it over the years. It used to be subtle, but now it's right in our face.

One of my favorites has always been the Internal Revenue Service. The mere use of the word service is a farce, as if they are doing us the service. They steal our money, and then refer to it as a service; only government would have the gonads to conceive of such a scam.

Webster defines service as: 'a. The work performed by one that serves (good service) b. Help, Use, Benefit (glad to be of service) c. A contribution to the welfare of others d. Disposal for use (I'm entirely at your service)'

If I needed my lawn mowed, I would call a lawn service. If I needed my sink fixed, I would call a plumbing service. These people would truly be providing me with a service because I called them, and asked for their service. They would be working to earn my business, and I would pay them for that service. Not at the barrel of a gun, but because I asked for their help. Exactly what service does the Internal Revenue Service provide?

Anytime the government does something to benefit their own useless existence, it is always sold to the sheep as a service, or something that is in their best interest. The wars on drugs, prostitution, terrorism, and the countless other wars that are nothing more than a war on humanity, are all sold as something to protect us from ourselves.

When the government steals from us under the guise of words like taxation, wealth re-disbursement, funds appropriation, or revenue collection, it's still the same thing, theft! If I were to steal your wallet, and later tell you that I donated the money to charity, would I be less of a thief? Theft is theft, even if it's for a good cause, even if it's for a really good cause.

Although I am cognizant of the names the government uses to sell slavery to the sheep, even I was astounded when the USA Patriot Act was passed. This was their most clever guise yet. After all, who could be against something called the 'Patriot Act'? How anyone could believe that this Nazi piece of legislation had anything to do with patriotism or freedom is still baffling to me. What exactly is patriotic about trashing our freedoms?

Recently I became aware of a new law that has taken effect as of the first of the year. As you can probably imagine, it is to protect everyone, and advance freedom for everybody. As you can also probably imagine, it too has a name that espouses freedom. It is known as the Justice For All Act of 2004 (HR 5107). Doesn't that just make you feel warm and fuzzy all over?

What is the 'Justice For All Act'? It's a new law the Nazis have passed that will make it mandatory for anyone convicted of a crime, 'fake' or real, to give up their DNA. Of course, everyone can see the justice in this, hence the name. This will no doubt be sold to the sheep as something that is needed to keep them safe and secure. Everyone knows we need to keep track of those dangerous pot smokers.

It will be promoted as something we need to make sure that innocent people don't accidentally get charged with a crime. By having everyone's DNA, the freedom-loving government will be able to protect the sheep's rights. That way an innocent man will never go to jail for a crime he did not commit. Much in the same way fingerprinting your children, and having their DNA collected will help find lost children. Again, this is all for you, of course.

Just as implanted computer microchips will be pitched as a convenient way to shop and pay your bills, and National Identification cards will be for everyone's protection, this will be just one more needed tool in the war on ________ (insert nomenclature here).

In the future, I am sure we can look forward to all kinds of legislation that is in our best interest, and all with very patriotic names. I am sure it will be no time at all before we will see, the 'Property Fairness Act,' which will allow the government to seize your property more easily, and the 'Parents Rights Act,' which will allow them to kidnap your children and place them in foster homes.
