Aggregate Mobile Phone Use Data Analysis Can Predict Crime Hotspots a Month in Advance says Study

I would say that I could predict where future crime hot spots are gonna be too, just by walking around and observing, and without all the snooping and spying, but then there aren't any lucrative government contracts for that approach.
