I am guessing but probably more cruelty tests have been performed on the stonerplatform AR than any other rifle of its nature. Deliberate acts of freeze and shoot, sand, dirt, mud, drug behind a truck, dunked in water and fired.Observed on Sig Saure firing underwater. It is amazing the torture some of these firearms have been put through but the AK-47 I have made no observations of this kind of treatment and the weapon continues to fire without a hic-up. These weapons can be bought for 900 up to 30,000 dollars should you wish to pay that much.
Each firearm is an emotional issue as to which is best. You get what feels right to you.
