It does point out the importance of the actions we can take on our own, such as reducing income and consumption to deprive the State of the taxes it needs to oppress us, and the assorted other types of actions we can take ourselves or within a small group of trusted people to avoid this type of infiltration and entrapment (as defined morally, if not legally).
