Of course the gist of this article is "we" need expanded government incursion into "mental health" treatment.
No mainstream author would dare present the observation that the problem is a result of monopoly, that all monopolies are the result of agents of state creating privilege status to various "trades" (through "legislation" and "regulation"), that monopolies are virtually impossible in a truly free market, that monopoly "justice" is far worse than no justice at all, and that the policeman is not your friend.
