The Case for Limited "Hack-Back" Rights

Upshot: Insteading of static defense of digital infastructure and data, corps want to be able to pay their own hackers to counter-attack the hackers themselves directly, vigilante style,  instead of referring such incidents to the FBI and hope for the best. My only concern is this could get out of hand very quickly.
