Cop Sexually Assaults Woman Then Arrests Her For Protesting

This is one of the most disturbing videos I've seen in a long time. A woman attempts to tell a judge that she was just sexually assulted by an 'officer of the court'. The judge literally turns her back on the woman, ignores her, and allows the assailant to arrest the woman who is pleading for help.
 
What should be done when there is no justice system anymore?
