Corporate Rent-Seeking, Redux: NFL Fights to Save Local TV “Blackout Rule”

The 39-year-old FCC approved “blackout rule” basically prevents NFL football games from being televised locally when stadium tickets remain unsold. These same teams, however,  have no problem demanding subsidies and tax breaks for their stadiums from the tax slaves they just screwed. Go figure?
