Democrats Demonstrate Why Voting Is a Fraud

This past Wednesday, September 5, 2012, is a day that should live on as a day of true education. For on that day the Democratic Party let all the world see, and it was preserved on video for posterity to witness and learn from, what a truly senseless and foolish act voting is. Thank you, Dems!

 

The powerful and clear lesson came as Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa was leading the Democratic Convention in voting on a motion to reinsert language into the 2012 Democratic Party platform from the 2008 platform recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital. Lumped together within this motion was also a motion reinserting language mentioning God into another plank of the Democratic platform. A two-thirds majority was required to pass the motion. It is very clear by the response from the delegates that nowhere near a two-thirds majority was given. In fact, Villaraigosa tried three separate times to get a two-thirds approval but failed. In spite of the failure of the motion to pass as required with a two-thirds majority, they passed it anyways!

 

This makes clear the truth of the statement, “The Golden Rule is whoever has the gold makes the rules.” In this case, it was the powerful Israel lobby. The Israel lobby virtually, and sometimes literally, writes American foreign policy for the Middle East. There is not a politician in either party who will openly stand up to the Israel lobby.

 

The Israel lobby is part of “the powers that be” who really run things. Both political parties are stamped with their approval so the powers that be are happy no matter which of the approved political parties win an election, as both are obedient to the powers that be. It's only the average voter who still buys into the scam of voting who is the loser. And, of course, the children and grandchildren of the delusional voters are also victims of this scam called voting.

 

The United States was a key force behind starting the United Nations. The US has much power within the UN, such as the power of veto which it uses whenever it feels it's necessary to protect the religious state of Israel from motions by a majority of other nations who are attempting to rein in the aggressive, war-making Jewish state.

 

United Nations Security Council Resolution 476 is a great example of how the US thwarts efforts by the international body to curtail Israel's violations of international law. The pandering to the Israel lobby by both parties who've inserted planks in their platforms recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital are doing so in direct opposition to this resolution. This resolution condemns Israel's occupation of Jerusalem and reaffirms “that acquisition of territory by force is inadmissible,” reconfirms “that all legislative and administrative measures and actions taken by Israel, the occupying Power, which purport to alter the character and status of the Holy City of Jerusalem have no legal validity and constitute a flagrant violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War and also constitute a serious obstruction to achieving a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in the Middle East” and reaffirms “its determination in the event of non-compliance by Israel with this resolution, to examine practical ways and means in accordance with relevant provisions of the Charter of the United Nations to secure the full implementation of this resolution.”

 

This resolution was passed on June 30, 1980, and to date nothing meaningful has been done to end the Israeli occupation. It's very important to remember how the US politicians used Iraqi violations of UN resolutions to start both the First Gulf War and the one started by George W. and his neoconservative handlers. Why don't US politicians use Israel's violation of this UN resolution to take actions designed to remove Israeli forces from all occupied Palestinian lands? It seems the answer goes back to the US politicians being terrified of the Israel lobby. They are more than willing to sacrifice the lives and limbs of American military people, the lives and limbs of men, women and children living in the target nations and the financial well-being of the American economy in order to protect their all-important political careers.

 

Whenever anyone votes within this corrupt evil system, they are giving legitimacy to these selfish and cowardly political whores and to the manipulating and dangerous powers that be who the politicians serve. Each time someone votes, they are saying they want more of the same. The nonsense many voters fall for of “Voting the bums out!” is truly profoundly meaningless because by voting the ones currently in office out, you are merely voting new “bums” in! It's time to grow a spine and exercise some reason and just say “NO!” to this damaging and misery-producing voting scam!
