Do We Really Know How Many People Are Going to Want to Go From Bakersfield to San Jose in 2025?
Any prediction made by Cali bureaucrats will likely be about as well thought out and accurate as their predictions about energy use, highway repair, and water useage were from back in the 1970's. Let California go "independent" (from the American tax pot) if their idea is to have the rust of us fund this boondoggle.
