Email Provider Forced To Shutdown By Feds For Not Helping Them Spy On You
I have been forced to make a difficult decision: to become complicit in crimes against the American people or walk away from nearly ten years of hard work by shutting down Lavabit. After significant soul searching, I have decided to suspend operations. I wish that I could legally share with you the events that led to my decision. I cannot.

Those who say we may be heading toward a police state must suffer from a form of blindness...we are already there and have been for perhaps decades.

Somebody here speak with forked tongue. Him have "congressional action" and "a strong judicial precedent". These have determined that those psychopaths acting under the guise of "the US" are free to violate any law, renege upon any "treaty", torture, assassinate, murder, war with cowardly 'drones' -- that is the congressional action and judicial precedent of the white man.
Do not look to the white man for "justice".
