Nice graphic; bad headline. The only way to pretend that the drug war has "failed" is to believe it ever had anything to do with stopping drug use.

I agree.

For us to wing and wang around with each other over egregious actions perpetrated by psychopaths grouped into what they want us to call "government" is to bestow legitimacy to their ignorance. Sam
