Federal Reserve's Reverse Repos Set to Become Permanent, Says Atlanta Fed President

“By manipulating the interest rates attached to these transactions, the hope is that the Fed can put a floor under overarching short-term interest rates.” Why would anybody trust the dollar and our economy with the constant, never-ending manipulation?
