Feds Issue Threat: No Fly Zone for Texas?
“Yesterday, the U.S. Department of Justice upped the ante in a high-stakes political game of chicken. Lobbying against pending legislation in the Texas legislature which would criminalize any searches conducted without probable cause, U.S. Attorney John E. Murphy sent a letter to a few high-ranking members of Texas’ government warning against promoting the bill and threatening a complete closure of all flights to and from the state.” Revolution is the only solution. A fairly peaceful sort, to my mind, would take the form of a complete and total tax revolt. Not one dime more than necessary to keep one’s home. Outside of that, refuse to pay them anything you can get away with not paying them. Shop online. Buy used. Trade, barter. Make it, repair it. Grow it. Cook it, bake it. Those things, and more, can help you avoid sales tax. Keep income below federal tax line to avoid federal taxes.

Perhaps these "TENTH Amendment Center" folks should read the "supremacy clause", Article VI.2, of their "organic" U.S. Constitution, paying particular attention to the part that says, "...any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary NOTWITHSTANDING." [Emphasis added]

"Under the Supremacy Cause of the United States Constitution, Texas has no authority to regulate federal agents and employees in the performance of their federal duties or to pass a statute that conflicts with federal law."

Gee, for one shining moment, it looked like a politician might actually stand up. It looked like, for one moment, that somewhere in America, some people might actually put liberty and justice and individual freedom before personal convenience. Ah, well . . .
If Americans had any backbone, they'd stop flying. The airlines would either get rid of the professional perverts or face bankruptcy.
Well, gee, if individuals who call themselves United States' citizens had any backbone, they "might actually put liberty and justice and individual freedom before personal convenience" and withdraw from membership in any STATE that perpetrates these sorts of things. But don't hold your breath, because those who will actually withdraw their consent to be members of the STATE will be told by the other crabs in the basket, "It can't be done." In other words, those "crabs" who choose to remain in the basket will "pretend", along with their masters, not to "recognize" that one has actually gotten out of the basket.
