Fiat Money as an Administrative Good

"Hans-Hermann Hoppe, in his excellent article "How Is Fiat Money Possible?--or, The Devolution of Money and Credit,"' explained that fiat money can come into existence through the progressive degeneration of commodity money substitutes.
