The whole concept of unreasonable search and seizure, the idea that a man's home should be defended even against the state itself is disregarded. This is surely setting a dangerous new precedent for this nation. If someone broke into my house in the middle of the night I would not wait to find out if it was the police, if they had a warrant, or if it was some psychopath. I would shoot first and figure it out later.
