Oh, for cryin' out loud, "the Fifth Amendment to the Bill of Rights[sic]" doesn't apply to 14th Amendment citizens, those who have "subjected themselves to the dominion[1] of [the United States] government"!

Furthermore, it is not "the Fifth Amendment to the Bill of Rights", it's the Fifth Amendment (Amendment V) to the United States Constitution.
