This shall be interesting to see how the govenor is going to hand this, call out the National Guard? And Legally can he do that? Will New York cops shoot resistant citizens or will they refuse to follow here in this case, I thnk Cuomo has put himself into a situation of which he has not power base to enforce. I think he is going to come out of this looking like the idiot he is.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that Mr. Cuomo, uhn, shot himself in the balls with this one. Personally, I'd love to see this go into effect ~without~ any 'bandaid' for cops and retired cops. Let them go to work with seven-round-magazines for a while, and see how long it takes before they lead the charge on the governor's mansion!

I have heard that stupid is unfixable. I spent 35 years in secial edcation hoping to make a difference in one kids life. I don't believe I made one iotas bit of difference. Now granted these kids had strikes against them before then even got out of the womb but Cuomo, the only grce he has left is to resigne and I don't believe he is smart enought to notice that!
