Indiana Supreme Court Take Up Home School Discrimination Case

You might think private groups can choose to associate with whom they choose, and you'd be wrong. An Indiana appeals court “ruled the group 'relates to' education as it was a group of 11 home-schooling families that held courses on topics such as computer programming and speech.” A lovely example of the type of thought used to grow the reach of government.
