Cheers mhsthal,
I have been aware of this for sometime and I know judges and prosecutors deliberately and maliciously prevent juries from considering the nullification concept. I have heard of some juries being threatened with diciplinarian actions if they even considered it.
Bout time someone has managed to get this reactivated and in effect. Too bad legislators can't be nullified or the stupid bills they write.
