Monsanto Wins, Organic Farmers’ Worst Nightmare Realized
In its ruling Monday, the appellate court said the organic growers must rely on Monsanto assurances on the company’s website that it will not sue them so long as the mix is very slight.

As I contemplate the intent and context of Strike-the-Root and persistently observe material of this nature occur everyday I question the reality of Liberty and Freedom ever existing much less surviving a Kleptocracy as currently exists. I have no doubt that Monsanto knows that organically raised crops will be infected by more than one per cent of their contaminated breed of death food.
