The Raiders team owner has a skill in tax-payer milking over the years that would make P.T. Barnum, Charles Ponzi, and Tammany Hall green with envy. Since the team's founding in 1960 in Oakland, CA the Raiders have moved to L.A., back to Oakland, and now off to Las Vegas (in 2018) with the taxpayers of each metropolis providing generous tax giveaways to the team every single time.
