"For those who feel that passive means of protest such as picket lines and letters to members of Congress is not enough, war tax resistance may be a more direct route. Whether your resistance comes in the form of refusing telephone tax, refusing a symbolic portion, or all of your federal income tax, or modifying your lifestyle to live below taxable income, it is possible to ensure congruency between your beliefs and your wallet." It just depends on how willing you are to put your money where your mouth is.
