"Although Mrs. Clinton, who voted to authorize the Oct. 2002 invasion, opposes a similar measure in Iraq, she believes additional troops are needed in Afghanistan to confront what it described as the rising influence of Taliban.?" It's not just the neocons that advocate perpetual war and unlimited military interventionism abroad.
