No More GWOT, House Committee Decrees

"This is not because the war has been won, lost or even called off, but because the committee's Democratic leadership doesn't like the phrase." So this is the Democrats' secret plan to end the war: just give it a new name! Apparently "ongoing military operations throughout the world" is a more "acceptable" phrase.
