Al-Qaeda Rebuilds to Pre-9/11 Strength

"The Associated Press has learned that US intelligence analysts believe al-Qaeda has rebuilt its operating capability to a level not seen since just before the 2001 terrorist attacks. The conclusion suggests that the group that launched the most devastating terror attack on the US has been able to rebuild, despite nearly six years of bombings, war and other tactics aimed at crippling it." Of course they have...the CIA is getting a lot more funding since 9/11, they can afford to build it bigger and better.
