Chiquita Banana Assessed $25M Fine for Paying Protection Money to Terrorists

"The banana importer is being assessed a $25M fine by the government of Colombia for paying ?protection money? to terrorist organizations in order to do business. This seems unfair to me. Isn't paying taxes to the state protection money as well? Just a cost of doing business, eh?"
