Bernard Kerik: America's Cop Indicted
Submitted by Melinda Secor on Thu, 2007-11-08 17:00
"A federal grand jury has voted to indict former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik on charges stemming from the acceptance of free rent and apartment renovations, tax evasion and lying on his application for the job as head of the Department of Homeland Security, two federal sources and a source involved in the defense told ABC News." This guy is a senior vice president of Giuliani Partners, the consulting firm founded by Rudy Giuliani, and Bushie's nominee at one point to run Homeland Security. Perfect for the neocon cabal...I think a criminal history must be a prerequisite for career advancement with this crew. Amazing he wasn't appointed.
