Oregon Bakery Refuses to Bake Cake for Gay Wedding

“The state will oversee a conciliation process to see if the parties can reach a settlement, The Oregonian reported. If not, the labor bureau may pursue charges before an administrative law judge.” Regardless of what one thinks of the bakery owners' decision, they have the right to do business – or not – with people of their choosing.
