Chris Hedges:

I like Chris Hedges and admire his reporting and his analyses -- especially this essay. But I disagree with his use of the "we" word. I don't incarcerate anybody -- and certainly I don't incarcerate a quarter of the world's prison population.
I agree with Mark Davis and the late Delmar England: if I'm going to Be Free I need to start acting (and speaking) free.
