Shot Down for Whittling

Starting about :58 into the video a man,  who turns out to be deaf, is seen walking across the street carving a piece of wood. An officer fires several times, shooting the man in the back. A few minutes into it as the backup shows up it is sickening to hear over and over again " Good job", " atleast you didn't get hurt, thats what matters" and " you did the right thing". Pigs.
