Tell Congress to Stop Lying and Start Cutting

You told us you were cutting the budget by $38.5 billion. You lied. The CBO (Congressional Budget Office) says that your omnibus spending bill only cuts budgeted spending by $325 million. That's million, NOT billion. But it gets worse. The CBO also says that spending actually INCREASES by $3.3 billion when you include so-called emergency spending.
