A cryptic news story that leaves the most salient question unanswered: Who are these "advisors" training and otherwise giving advise to?
This is merely the governments forward effort to assert that they are in control of everything and they intend to keep it that way.
Moochers, elect looters, to rob from the productive. Ergo, there must be some asset there worth going after or at least that is what the Boy in the White House thinks, if that is at all possible?!
