Good luck with that. There's a whole lot of us out here who have decided that the more you tax, the less we'll consume, the less we'll pay. And, more people are seeing the potentials of this approach, as well as appreciating the value and personal satisfaction of it. Your 'global' tax will be met with 'global' resistance.
