Claymont Couple Loses Suit over DelDOT Removal of Basketball Pole

“The family claimed the pole had been there for decades without causing any problems.” But the DOT wizards “claimed [the pole] was a potential hazard to traffic because it was so close to the road.” And state workers can never be wrong, at least when state-worker judges get to decide.
