"The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary." ~ H.L. Mencken

""The secretary's r'sum? reads that she has a master's degree and a Ph.D in political science. The interviewer should have demanded to see them, on the spot. Dr. Rice spoke 42 words. She may have made more mistakes in them than did the president in his State of the Union Address in 2003." You know, it used to be fun to point out all the screw-up and lies in this administration's hustle. Right up to the point at which people started dying. More than half a million people killed by the actions of this administration, and it still isn't enough. Not enough for them, they want more war, and have Iran in the crosshairs."
