State drops case against Alaska militia members, but they still face federal charges
Submitted by Pete_Eyre on Tue, 2011-11-01 00:00
In March of this year individuals wearing "FBI," "US Marshal" and "Faribanks PD" badges kidnapped and caged a group of men in Alaska for talking with each other (conspiracy) and having property they said they weren't allowed (weapons charges). To make clear - the individuals kidnapped had not aggressed upon person or property, so who in this situation are the real criminals? Fortunately on Friday threats levied at the men on one level (state) were dropped.
