Monsanto and all of its predations are wonderfully terrifying examples of the "failure" of public law and courts. They have been central to Monsanto's cancerous expansion by enforcing their insane intellectual property claims against small businesses unfortunate enough to have Monsanto's Franken-seeds fly onto their private property.

This is anything but capitalism in action, no matter how much the zombies shout it down.
