The Guardian reports on the growing backlash in countries south of the border against America 's violent, repressive DrugWar. In related news, hitmen kill 17 in Mexican rehab clinic, apparently part of a trend -- cartels assaulting clinics looking for rivals who might be hiding out or recruiting in the clinics.
