Legislators still believe that removing guns is the answer. Why? Because once they can achieve than then they fully own us and they know. Can someone tell me if an Executive Order is legal or is it a stop gap measure till congress actually does something?
No, I was not home schooled. Here is some light reading about Executive Orders. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_order_%28United_States%29
Yeh! Wikipedia was first then I kept looking wading through the swamp but could'nt dislodge any real facts except that congress can, should they desire, over rule and EO. Apparently it all started with Abe and Wilson who really got it going duing WWi.
It is my understanding that the King is going to EO a bunch of gun laws. Michigan has a couple of strong instate senators an reps. I'm attempting t get them to write legislation to block fed mandate in state.

Perhaps you've not read the "supremacy clause" of your Constitution; it ends with this, "anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding."
